Where's My Delivery?

When you place an order, you will get an email giving your order number - looking something like this: #GYBB-190019.

USA:

We ship all mainland USA orders from our warehouse in California.

UK:

We ship all UK orders from our warehouse in Sussex.

AUSTRALIA AND INTERNATIONAL:

Orders are shipped from whichever warehouse will be fastest and most economical for you, normally from the UK.

Your email will say something like,

Your order was shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For, and is estimated to arrive (between the dates it's due to arrive).

The following items were included in this shipment:

(whatever you ordered)

This shipment was sent to:

(wherever you asked for it to be sent)

You can track your package by clicking the link below:

(Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be recognized on the carrier website.)

If your delivery is late, you can also call your local Post Office (find it here if you don't already know it - http://www.postcodearea.co.uk/postaltowns) and they may be able to help you.

We use the fastest and best value combination of shipping. Normally this can be next day or 48 hours within the UK or USA, or between 5-15 business days for Australia and internationally.

If you want to track your delivery, just click on the link in the email you receive. 

Alternatively, you can look up your order by logging into your customer account on www.getyourboomback.com, login at the top of the homepage, click on "track my shipment" and get the tracking number which will be a long number ending GB or US, like the examples above.

Updates Using Facebook Messenger

As a customer, when you check out from our store, you will see a widget on our checkout page that gives you an option to opt in to receiving updates from us via Facebook Messenger. It looks like this:

Note: as a customer you will need to be logged in to your Facebook account from your browser as the same time as you check out from our store in order to see the widget. At this time, this only works for customers located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia before you can opt in to receiving updates from us via FB - although we expect this to be rolling out to other countries in due course.

When you opt in to receive these messages via FB Messenger, after completing the checkout process you will receive your first message — your order confirmation:
