If you think that someone has purchased but hasn't been attributed to you for any reason, you can message us via the Boom! Support Desk here getyourboomback.ladesk.com/submit_ticket and tell us the name and either the city or email or phone number of the person concerned... then we can manually attribute the sale to you with the correct commission. This is very rare as our Affiliate Program works extremely well. But it's a "safety net" for you :) (Of course, if a customer has already been attributed to a different affiliate, we'll ask the customer personally how he or she first heard about Get Your Boom! Back. This is another good reason to share information about Get Your Boom! Back as soon as possible.. As we say in England, "The early bird catches the worm!")
What can you do if someone wants to buy from Get Your Boom! Back but doesn't have an email address? There are two choices:
- if you want to place a purchase for someone, every purchase needs an email address. And you can't use an existing customer email address already linked to someone else. So if someone doesn't have an email address and doesn't want you to create a gmail address for them or use another of your own email addresses, for example, it'll be easier for you to place an order as yourself through your own affiliate link and in your name - then choose a different shipping address. That way you of course get your full % of affiliate commission.
